Answer

Sometimes Adobe Acrobat Reader shrinks documents slightly before printing to ensure they fit nicely on a page.  This is usually very useful, but when printing labels it is obviously important they print at exactly the correct size.

Here’s how...

1. Open the stickers document in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. Click the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Print...’.
3. In the box that appears, you should see an option called ‘Page Scaling’ (see below):
Q. Why are my stickers printing at the wrong size?
Please contact us if your question is not answered.

4. Make sure that the ‘Page Scaling’ option is set to ‘None’ - i.e. NO page scaling.
5. Click ‘OK’ to print the stickers.  (You may want to print just one page first to ensure they print correctly.
